Our Story
Eastgate Mission & Resource Center is committed to ending homelessness in Buffalo, NY, by
providing comprehensive support and resources. Our current facility houses 29 single men, and
we are excited to announce our expansion to a new location to support 100 residents. This
expansion aims to provide health and wellness services, recreational and educational facilities,
nutrition and food services, and life skills and rehabilitation programs. This business plan
outlines our mission, vision, services, and the steps needed to secure certification and funding for
future growth.

To provide a one-stop center for homeless individuals, offering everything necessary to
transition from homelessness to stable housing.
Vision
To create a supportive community where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive,
ultimately ending homelessness in Buffalo.
